The Challenge

Back by popular demand, EBC will host the EBC Health Challenge.  The novel aspect of this year’s program is that participants will join groups based on similar health goals.  The challenge will focus on the unifying concept that adopting healthier habits such as eating more fruits and vegetables, eating less fat and being more physically active is a vital component of honoring Gods temple and managing all health
conditions.

Are You Ready?

This twelve week program will divide participants into small groups of 10 according to their health goals. Peer counselors will be trained by EBC and will track the progress of those that participate.  Nutrition workshops will be given and several fitness classes will be available and assigned to participants based on their goals and current fitness levels. Participants will receive points based on meeting set goals and activity and prizes will be awarded to high achievers.

Each participant must register and pay the $10 fee to participate in events and to be eligible for prizes.
